The Paula McEwen Aberdeen Restaurant opened in December 2009. The restaurant provides a variety of dining experiences, in comfortable surroundings with high quality ingredients sourced from the Aberdeen area.

Paula McEwen Restaurant is located in The Great Western Hotel (formerly The Clubhouse Hotel) on Great Western Road (Opposite Holborn West Church) at the heart of Aberdeen’s West End. The Great Western Hotel has recently embarked on a course of expansion and renovation resulting in a vastly improved property with which the Paula McEwen Restaurant are proud to associate ourselves with.

The Paula McEwen Restaurant aim to serve some of the best food and drink available in Aberdeen. Whether it’s a chilli burger in the Sports bar, a steaming bowl of mussels in the lounge or something a little more sophisticated in the Paula McEwen restaurant. Where possible all food will be homemade by a kitchen team dedicated to cooking well sourced local ingredients to time honoured recipes in a comfortable environment.

The Great Western Hotel and Paula McEwen looks forward to reacquainting itself with old friends, and making a good deal more new friends in the coming months.
